e-Workpermits is a workflow-supported web portal, which greatly simplifies the electronic processing of work permits .
e-WorkPermits workflow covers the following functions:
- Submitting of applications with supporting documents by customers (ongoing monitoring of processing status is possible)
- Processing by the Office for Economy and Labor of the Canton of Zurich
- Forwarding to the Federal Office for Migration for processing
- Forwarding to the Office for Migration of the Canton of Zurich for processing and final decision regarding the application

Consultation Management
Consultation management, in conjunction with the central document storage and address management system, enables the cantonal administration to process applications more efficiently and also standardizes the procedure. The system provides more information, both internally and to the general public, about pending and closed applications and publishes the information online, which maktes it easy to access at any time and from any location.

The e-AZB Temporary Work Permit System
e-AZB is a workflow-based web portal for managing temporary work periods (temporary night shifts, Sundays or a combination thereof).
Once the customer has entered the application details, the person responsible checks it online and requests additional information, if required, which the customer can submit via the web portal.
Once an application has been approved, an order is issued and sent to the customer digitally.
